Orders placed on mawazeze.com are processed only on business days (Monday-Friday excluding any holidays) and shipped within 3-5 business days. EU Customers will not incur any additional fees beyond the original invoice total quoted at the time of checkout. VAT is included in the selling price of each item.
ORDER CANCELATIONS
Requesting a cancellation is not guaranteed, and will depend on whether your order has entered the packing or shipment phases. If we are successful you will receive notification of your refund by email/SMS, otherwise you will be sent an order confirmation please allow up to 3-5 business days for the payment to be refunded and processed. RETURNS
Item(s) purchased from mawazeze.com must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached and be returned within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Once your order is received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund to your original payment method will be processed (Shipping Charges are non-refundable). Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process.
